Our three luxury, four-star, self-catering holiday cottages offer a true ‘escape to the country’, surrounded by beautiful farmland, meadows and stunning un-spoilt, Somerset countryside, yet with easy access to the golden sands of England’s west-coast beaches. The cottages at Lower Farm House make a fantastic holiday destination all year round and are in an attractive village location. The original farmhouse has been traced back to the late 1600s. No longer part of a working farm, the farmhouse was recently converted into three, family friendly self-catering holiday cottages adjoining the proprietors accommodation,and Christine and Roy have been welcoming guests and their children to enjoy a delightful stay in the well appointed cottages.

Off road parking is available adjacent to the cottages and dogs are welcome with prior arrangement.

Weston-super-Mare, Burnham-on-Sea and Brean Sands are just a fifteen minute drive from the cottages whilst Cheddar Caves and Gorge, Wookey Hole, Longleat Safari Park and Exmoor National Park are a short journey. Situated less than five miles from a great variety of pubs, restaurants and take-aways dining out poses no problem! The village of Lympsham is just ½ mile away, or a leisurely stroll, with a village shop stocked with everyday items. Why not book a tennis court for an hour at the village sports club? There are excellent golf courses in the area and both coarse and sea fishing are available locally.
